Trying to launch a new site, a blog, Google Ads, and Instagram in the same week is how founders burn out. Here is the 90-day sequence we recommend.

Days 1–30: make the site do its job

Clarify the offer. Ship Home, Services, proof, Contact. Forms to inbox. WhatsApp. Privacy and Terms. Mobile pass. This is website development, not a branding retreat.

Days 31–60: measure and clean search basics

Search Console, analytics after consent, titles, sitemap, NAP. Request a human SEO review. Publish one useful article only if you have something to say — like the pieces on this blog.

Days 61–90: add demand on purpose

Either technical plus content SEO, or a small paid test to a landing page that already converts. Not both at full volume unless budget and ops can take it. See SEO and digital marketing.

What “done” looks like

You can name last month’s enquiries. You know which page they came from. You have a next experiment. You do not have a vanity dashboard and an empty inbox.

If you want this plan scoped to your business, book a consultation. Packages are a starting point on pricing — final numbers after discovery.
