1. Use of this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is provided by Maarif Digital Marketing Agency to describe services and receive enquiries. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful content.
2. Service scope
Website development, SEO, and digital marketing are provided under a separate proposal or statement of work. Nothing on marketing pages is a binding offer until we confirm scope in writing.
3. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a contract. Quotes are valid only for the period stated in the proposal.
4. Pricing and taxes
Prices are discussed in Indian Rupees (INR). Published plan cards may show Request a Quote rather than a number. GST or other taxes, if applicable, will be stated on the invoice or proposal.
5. Timelines and client duties
Delivery dates depend on timely content, feedback, and access (CMS, analytics, ad accounts). Delays on the client side extend timelines.
6. Revisions
Revision rounds included in a package are defined in the proposal. Additional rounds may be quoted.
7. Intellectual property
Until invoices for a deliverable are paid, Maarif retains rights in original work we create. After payment, you receive the licence or assignment described in the proposal. Third-party tools, fonts, stock, and open-source libraries keep their own licences.
8. Third-party tools
Hosting, analytics, advertising platforms, and CMS plugins are provided by third parties. Their uptime, pricing, and policies are outside our control.
9. SEO and marketing performance
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, ROAS, or any specific commercial result. Search engines and ad platforms change. We work in good faith and report honestly.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the website available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance may occur.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Maarif is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid work, liability is limited as stated in the proposal.
12. Termination
Either party may end a services engagement as described in the proposal. We may suspend site access that is being abused.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
